If you are not sure what to say, start with what you feel. Write to the person you are missing, or offer comfort to those closest to them. Your words will be passed on to the family as part of their remembrance.
Dear Dotty and Family, all our love is with you at this sad time. I am so glad that I got to spend a little time with Kyra last year and get to know her just a bit. An incredible life indeed!
A wonderful life ,full of achievement, full of warmth and compassion, but also strong and determined. Kyra will be long remembered and sorely missed.
We are sorry for your loss . Our sincerest condolences are with the Kelly family at this time .
Good morning. First up we would like to share our sincere condolences to all of Kyras extended family as you go through this difficult time. In terms of knowing Kyra she was a late addition to our family here in NZ and Sydney but in that time she made a huge impact on all our lives even though we didn't have a lot of contact. When we did catch up it was an occasion to look forward to as she was such a wise and insightful person and was always willing to share her knowledge on a raft of topics including issues based around the medical field and general issues based on life's journey. She will be sadly missed.
One couldn't help but admire the deep love that both Kyra and Bernie had for each other and is something that was always evident everywhere they went and after Bernie passed his name was always part of the conversations around the dinner table. She missed him terribly when he left this world. The relationship between Kyra and our mum Mary, was one of strength and love and I'm sure kyras phone calls and encouragement throughout those latter years was a factor in our mum reaching the grand old age of 98.
There are many stories that can be shared but for us here in NZ and Sydney the link that kept us in touch has finally gone but we hope that we can still touch base on occasions in the future
Kyra, after all the amazing work you've done in this world there will certainly be a special place for you in the next.No more Christmas cards,no more phone calls, rest in peace with Bernie.
The Quin family
Sorry I can't be with you all today to farewell a beautiful lady. When Uncle Bernie first introduced Kyra into our family it was such a wonderful fit. Like a missing zig zag piece. Every member of our family was drawn to her. My mother, Mary and Kyra hit it off and became very close. We have some wonderful memories. She made Bernie so happy even when she told him off (which was warranted on occasions) she did it with a smile. Kyra spoke fondly of you all an had a real proud note in her voice. As we said when our own mum passed away "you have lost your matriarch" but never all the memories and legacy. I am so sad to see her go but gosh she had a awesome life, a strong women. There is so much her family, young & old can learn from her. All the best, if any of the family wish to visit NZ at anytime my home will always be open for you. RIP Kyra, say hi to Bernie for us. A kiwi saying is "the totara has fallen" (Totara is a native tree to NZ known for its longevity and strength)
Love from her Kiwi family

To Dot, Frank, Sam
It is with great sadness that I send our deepest sympathies to you and all the Kelly family. We know this is such a difficult time for you and our respective families, but we do take some comfort in knowing that dear Auntie Kyra is now with all those she loved. We know her faith was strong and her love for us all was exemplary. Dear Kyra, we will keep the memories and love in our hearts forever and are so sad we can't be there to celebrate your wonderful life. Rest in Love.
Thinking of you all.

Dear Dorothy and Mark
Jay and I were very sorry to have missed Kyraโs funeral. We remember her from the very first when she came back to work in Coffs Harbour decades ago.
Personally I was always struck by Kyraโs gentle honesty, her work ethic, her moral code, her loyalty, her love of family and her ability to be kind to all people. She was the kind of leader we admired and learned from. I hope she now rests in peace.
Grief doesnโt recognise borders, and neither should connection. A funeral live stream offers a simple, powerful way to include everyone in the farewell from wherever they are in the world. Itโs just one more way we help families feel supported during lifeโs most challenging moments.
